I know that choosing the right home inspector is not the easiest thing you will ever do--unless you have a referral from someone you can trust, you are just going off what you can read about the inspector, or what they tell you in conversations with them. And I know that it can be hard to trust someone that you never met. Most likely you won’t meet your inspector until you are at the house that you want to buy. Different inspectors will give you different offers, or give you different prices, most of which will be pretty close to one another. The main thing you should remember (and I can’t stress this enough) is to get someone who has extensive knowledge in building a house. Because if you think about it, how can you tell if something is wrong if you don’t know how it should be?
I promise that if you choose my service to do your home inspection, I will perform the inspection as if it were my own house and putting out the money to buy it. I will make you feel comfortable about your decision to purchase the house of your dreams. I will inspect everything that is accessible and visible to me and help you understand the problems that could mean to you in decision-making. I promise that by the end of the inspection, you will wonder why you ever had a thought of not getting a home inspector.
