I know that choosing the right home inspector is not the easiest thing you will ever do. Unless you have a referral from someone you can trust you are just going off what you can read about the inspector or what they tell you in conversations with them. And I know that can be hard to trust someone that you never met. And most likely you won’t meet your inspector until you are at the house that you want to by. Different inspectors will give you different offers, and give you different prices, most of which will be pretty close to one another. The main thing to remember is, (and I can’t stress this enough) is to get someone who has extensive knowledge in how a house is built. Because if you think about it how can you tell if some thing is wrong if you don’t know how is should be.
